On Easter Monday, Mei-Li and I headed up to the rock at The Rock. Mount Prevost Middle School, near our house, has a new climbing rock, and one of us was excited to take up the challenge. Soon after we got there, the Mini Kinney scrambled right up and conquered the mini monolith, but wait--NO CAMERA!
Operating under the 'pix or it didn't happen' rule, we headed home for the iPhone and then turned around and hiked up again, this time with hangers-on.

Even Mama tried to climb, but had the same concerns as Amma. What goes up must come down, but may need a ladder or the fire department...
On the trail home, we found a great old tree with a low-hanging branch, suitable for riding.
