Show time!

In June, Mei-Li had her piano recital.  Bampa wasn't able to be there, but Amma, Poppa, and I cheered her on.  She did very well, and we were all proud.  She really loves to bang out a tune on the keyboard every chance she gets!

Just about time for the show to start!

Mei-Li  played "Down at the Station" and "Funny Words".  I've tried to upload them, but...

At the end of the performances, all the kids returned to the stage to sing the song Mei-Li's group sings at the end of every lesson.

Goodbye, farewell...

This has been a great first year of piano thanks to teacher, Dawn-Marie, who has fun with the kids while encouraging them always to their very best.  Mei-Li, who really does have a song in her heart, has had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year!
