Swingers!

One of the reasons we moved to a house with a yard--even tiny--was so Mei-Li could have a swing-set. Finally, the time (and the price) was right, so we went ahead. After Bampa brought the Big Box to our house, ML shivered with anticipation as she waited for him and Uncle Dennis to make a date to put the set together.

On the big day, Mei-Li helped a bit by finding the right screws and a bit by staying out of the way. Mama helped a bit by getting some beer and a bit by staying out of the way.

SuperSpy tracks the work outside and reports.

Once the swing-set was in place, Mei-Li couldn't wait to get swinging! Mama tried too, but got a bit dizzy. *sigh*

Now that we have the swing-set, we spend more time outside--Mei-Li on the swings; Mama on the deck. It's especially nice when visitors come by like ML's friends, our little neighbour Grayson, and, of course, cousin Ethan. Good times!
