The walking dead

The other day my sweet, eight-year-old daughter and I decided to join our town's Zombie Walk. When the horde gathered that evening, we were ready.

The ex-ballerina was truly frightening.

If looks could kill.

We don't blame you if you're skeerd.

We met up with soccer hooligans:
Santiago, Carlos, & cousin Alessandro

Head Zombie, Longevity John, led as we shuffled and dragged ourselves through the centre of town, scaring lost drivers and Brew Pub patrons. Once we got back to the town square, there was a brain eating contest and "Thriller" broke out.

BRAAAAAAINS!!!

It's close to midnight...

Sad zombie: People running too fast.

Other zombies stayed downtown to dance, but we continued on with the hopes of frightening family.

Can't scare away Amma's love!

Next year, join us if you're local. Better to join us than to run when we smell your extra-tasty brains with our decaying nose holes...

*Special thanks to photographer Randy Allen for some great shots.
