We All Scream for Ice Cream!

Mei-Li and I treated ourselves to an ice cream ball--a cool, roll-around ice cream maker. Last night, when Auntie Cathie came over, we christened it. After I loaded the ball with ice and coarse salt, Mei-Li mixed the ice cream ingredients.

After the cream, comes the sugar.

Add some vanilla.

Pour the mixture into the ball.


Shake! Shake! Shake!

Shake, rattle, & roll!

YUM!

We should have waited longer than the 10 minutes we did, but it was an excellent first effort. And it made the perfect amount for three to share. Next time, flavours!

    It works well. It only leaked a tiny bit because I was too gentle with the lids.
